Delhi University to Start Online English Speaking Certificate Course Soon; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Campus of Open Learning (COL) of Delhi University is planning to offer an online certificate course on English Speaking in collaboration with Cambridge University Press. The course will aim to offer the English-speaking certificate course in online mode.

As per Delhi University, candidates aspiring to pursue the English Speaking Certificate Course will be able to access the curriculum from any place in India. On completion of this certificate course, aspirants will get a combined certificate from Cambridge and DU COL. 

Delhi University and Cambridge University Press are going to sign an agreement relating to certificate courses soon. The course name will be 'Easy Communication in English' and the application process starts in September 2023.

For Delhi University English Speaking Certificate Course 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of their knowledge of English and will be given a level accordingly. The course curriculum will be developed by both universities.

Till now, Certificate Courses in English Speaking existed in foreign countries, but now it is being developed for Indian Students. In the beginning, the course will be completely online, but later it will be made offline as well.

The course will be divided into two or three levels and the registration fees will be as per the level and ranging between INR 1000 to INR 1200/-. The course duration will be of three months. 

The admission into the English Speaking course is based on a screening test which will be held online and the level shall be decided as per their score in the screening test. Delhi University will release the complete details and schedule soon on its official website.
