The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CUET UG City Intimation Slip 2026 on April 29, 2026, enabling registered candidates to download advance city information from the official portal. The advance city slip contains critical information including allotted examination city, subject-wise exam dates, and shift timings to help candidates plan their preparation and travel arrangements accordingly.
The CUET UG City Intimation Slip 2026 is an advance information document, NOT the official Admit Card for the examination.
This slip serves to inform candidates about their allotted examination city and subject-wise schedule well in advance. Candidates must appear for the examination on their allotted date and shift only; no requests for changes to exam date or shift will be entertained under any circumstances.
The slip will not be required at the examination centre, as the official Admit Card will be issued separately before the exam begins.

Candidates must follow specific steps to download the CUET UG City Intimation Slip 2026 from the official website.
- Visit the official portal cuet.nta.nic.in and locate the link for CUET UG Advance City Slip 2026 download.
- Enter login credentials including application number, password, and captcha code as displayed on the login screen.
- After submitting the details, the city intimation slip will appear on the screen, which candidates should download and save for future reference and verification purposes.

Exam City Allotment Process and Travel Planning
The National Testing Agency allots CUET UG examination cities based on the permanent or present address submitted in the application form and candidate preferences. During registration, applicants were allowed to select up to four preferred examination cities.
Once the exam city allotment is completed, requests for changing the allotted city are generally not entertained by NTA.
Candidates should use the city intimation slip to plan travel and accommodation arrangements well in advance, booking train, bus, or flight tickets early and checking local transport routes to their examination centre.
What Candidates Should Do Next
Candidates whose live photographs did not match with Aadhaar photographs during application form submission must carry original certificates duly signed or attested by the Principal, Headmaster, or Class-I Gazetted Officer such as Tehsildar, Revenue Officer, SDM, or District Magistrate.
NRI candidates must obtain certificates from Class-I Gazetted Officers of the Indian Embassy. These documents must be presented at the examination centre for physical verification on the day of examination.
