Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2024: Admission Deadline Extended for First Round Allotment

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh, has extended the deadlines for scrutiny and admission under the first phase of the NEET PG (MD/MS) 2024 state counseling. The revised schedule aims to provide candidates with additional time to complete the formalities for admissions to MD/MS courses in medical colleges across Chhattisgarh.The admission deadline is extended till November 30, 2024.

Revised Scrutiny and Admission Deadlines

1. Scrutiny Deadline:
   • New Date: November 30, 2024
   • Time: Until 1:00 PM (Server Time)
   • All holidays, including weekends, are declared as working days for the process.
2. Admission Deadline:
   • New Date: November 30, 2024
   • Time: Until 5:00 PM (Server Time)
   • Institutions can issue online admission receipts until 11:59 PM on the last date.

Important Guidelines for Candidates

• Admission Receipt:

  Admission will be considered valid only after the institution issues the admission receipt. Candidates must ensure they collect a copy of this receipt as proof of their admission.

• Scrutiny and Admission Process:

  Scrutiny and admission must adhere to the Chhattisgarh Medical Postgraduate Admission Rules, 2021, to avoid complications.

• Seat Allotment and Reporting:

  Institutions will provide an online reporting mechanism for scrutiny receipts (available until 8:00 PM) and admission receipts (available until 11:59 PM).
