For me, leadership is building confidence in my team, to march towards excellence tirelessly and with enthusiasm. I do not like flattering but always reinforce my teammates with appreciating remarks so that they can foster growth and responsibility in the required direction.
How do you strategize for the marketing and administration of your school?

A strategic marketing plan & ad campaigns which include:

- Generate content to encourage admissions.
- Promotional campaigns on the radio.
- Use of social media like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn to connect with aspiring students.

Considering the administrative strategies, my focus is always on best curriculum delivery via the implementation of innovative teaching such as the use of ICT, experiential learning, participative learning, online teaching, etc.

How does your curriculum ensure the best practice of the industry?

We supplement our curriculum with several field visits to provide exposure to industry and research. We also supplement the regular curriculum with a variety of short-term courses in collaboration with NPTEL, Swayam, IIT Bombay for the enrichment of employment skills. Moreover, we have UGC-NSQF and NSDC which provide assured employment in the industry on completion. Various vocational education training and value-added courses are also designed by our institute to add to entrepreneurship skills.

As a Group Director, my role is very crucial. I have to act as a facilitator, manager, mentor, mediator, and a somewhat bitter side that is even an agent of development for the organization. My most important role and responsibilities include:
- Communication and substantial discussion with faculty members, in-charges, and other officials regarding curricular evolution, planning, and purchase of books, infrastructure maintenance, and student affairs for the upliftment of the institution.
- I frequently organize mentoring sessions, workshops, and seminars for teachers for consistent quality education and provide constructive feedback based on performances.
- I plan the budget for college resources, job placements, coordinate with all other heads of department for innovative educational processes, quality of education, and online learning materials to meet the planned curriculum goals.
How do you establish a healthy environment in your College?
“Mentor-Mentee scheme for the successful student-teacher relationship in the campus”
Feedback, appreciation, and celebration of the learners' success are some parts of my strategy to boost healthy relationships for a conducive learning environment. Our faculty members are our greatest resource and hence we always promote clear communication between student and teacher to resolve any learning-related issue.
