We have added a Personality Development Program as a VAC (Value Added Course) to introduce students to life skills and overall personality development that will help students outperform and stand out from the crowd. Multiple disciplines can help students develop a broader perspective and unique problem-solving skills that enable them to a competitive job market. Courses or programs that focus on Entrepreneurship and innovation can stimulate and encourage creativity Students develop new business ideas or solutions to real problems.

What are the factors that make this program the best for the students to opt for?

A personality development program plays a crucial role in building rapport and can be incredibly beneficial for your career, building networks, and establishing trust. These skills improve people skills, and body language and will help in getting a job. Through this program, students gain confidence and set their goals. They plan for the best career which can be as an employee or an employer (entrepreneur). A program that aligns with current industry demands and prepares students for their chosen careers is highly attractive. A comprehensive and updated curriculum that ensures students are equipped with current knowledge. Imparting personality development training enables our students to think outside the box creatively and critically. In addition, we organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures by industry experts for student awareness, professional grooming, and skill development. Developers around the world are using models like mine to build applications, tools, and services in various domains, demonstrating the flexibility of such models.

We conduct skill tests, behavior and personality assessments, aptitude tests, project assessments, and mock interviews. Further through the placement selection process and ratio of entrepreneurs, we will ensure that they are prepared for their future. The program should regularly review and update its curriculum to ensure that it incorporates the latest developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field. Old materials will not adequately prepare students for modern challenges. Incorporating case studies, real-world projects, internships, and work-study programs can help bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. This hands-on experience is invaluable.
