Dr. Apeksha Rawat obtained her B.Pharm degree from HNB Garhwal University. She completed her M.Pharm from Manav Bharti University, Solan. She is the founder and faculty member of the Sunrise Academy of Management. Dr. Apeksha Rawat has many research papers published under her name in national and international journals. What is the latest program that you are offering in your institute/dept. which will help students outperform and stand apart from the crowd?

We offer excellent placements with famous brands. Throughout the academic year, students have opportunities to practice teamwork and build leadership skills. We encourage students to come up with creative solutions and provide them with opportunities, to practice different roles through activities. In addition to regular classes, we also have Interactive training and video-based training. We also focus on maintaining good personal appearance, body language, posture, and eye contact.

What are some valuable insights into the program that you are offering at your institute/dept.?

The college imparts personality development training which enables our students to think out of the box, creatively, and critically. Using this skill, they will be able to weigh and learn their options and teamwork, communication, problem-solving, leadership, interpersonal skills, and assertiveness. Apart from this, we plan through awareness campaigns, seminars, workshops, and guest lectures for professionals and Industry experts. We also emphasize on fitness and skill development of students.

They design lesson plans, select teaching materials, and determine instructional strategies to effectively convey the subject matter to students.
