Dr. Kuldeep Saraswat is the Deputy Registrar of Shubham University in Bhopal. He holds a B.Ed., M.Ed. and PhD degree in Education. Moreover, he holds a B.Sc. in Biology, M.Sc. in Botany and an MBA in Operation Management. Since 2013, Dr. Kuldeep has been working in academia at colleges like Chandanvan Institute and ODM College of Education. Dr. Saraswat has written 110 books on education and competitive examinations. He has also published five papers in reputed international and national journals. He is also a participant in numerous faculty development programs, workshops, seminars and conferences.

You have been associated with the education industry for so long, what keeps you connected with the Education Sector and how has your experience been so far? 

I've been working in the education sector for a significant part of my career, and it's a field that I'm passionate about. What keeps me connected to this sector is the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their educational journey. My experience in the education sector has been rewarding. I find satisfaction in helping students achieve their academic goals, supporting faculty and staff in their roles, and ensuring that the administrative aspects of the university run smoothly. I also appreciate the sense of community and the shared commitment to knowledge and personal growth that permeates educational institutions. Overall, my experience in the education sector has been fulfilling, and it's the opportunity to be a part of the learning and growth of students that keeps me connected and engaged in this field.

What are the factors that make the university the best for the students to opt? 

University choice will vary from student to student, depending on their individual goals, interests, and circumstances. From our university perspective, we have the best infrastructure with good facilities available for the students. We have professors with great academic experience. We have well-equipped laboratories and we offer almost every course for the students to opt for. We provide good scholarship facilities. We have a good program and numerous opportunities available for the students who are doing the research. Our faculty-to-student ratio is important for personalised attention.
