Being a Faculty of the Chemistry Department, what are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

Being in the faculty of Chemistry, I have to manage all the things in the management. As I have knowledge related to the Chemistry field, I apply knowledge to the students and assist them with the learning process to gain their experience and to gain knowledge. I also engage students with other activities related to the Chemistry department.

What are the factors that make this program the best for the students to opt for? 

We taught students about the experiment, how to do the experiment and provide training about problem solving and how to solve any problem related to any kind of situation and perform better in any organization. We are also providing them training about personality development from which they can gain soft skills, as well as hard skills, to be more proactive. 

How does the program ensure that students are being prepared for the future?

We provide them with various tasks, projects, presentations and so on to work in a group or an individual from which students develop their work plan, organize it into tasks, and learn and do what’s required to make progress.

How did you train yourself/ faculty to deliver this program to the students? 

We provide proper curriculum to the faculties before going to the classrooms, so that they can teach students in the proper manner, and we conduct activities in the classrooms for the development of students knowledge and awareness about the things, we provide timetable to perform any task in the classroom on the same time this develop the students’ time punctuality.

What valuable advice would you like to the students for them to have a prosperous career ahead?

Today, many of the students do not concentrate on studies because of all the facilities available surrounding them. As they get everything in hand without any struggle, from which students become lazy over time. They should focus on themselves and understand the meaning of struggle, from which they can get better results. They don’t appreciate the things that come easily, and the results of those things would be better that are easily available where we have to struggle. So do struggle in your studies and become a great person in your life.

That should focus on the personality development of the students to gain the knowledge, experience, and awareness about the things that you will have to do in your life. 

How do you strategize the curriculum and how often it gets updated to make it befitting for the students?

We strategize the curriculum in that way, from which students can gain the various skills, like time punctuality, presentation skills, communication skills and so on. We will also conduct lab sessions in which students get knowledge about the computer, do experiments in the lab and so on. We focus on the students to develop themselves from what they should do and what they have to do in their life for a better future.

How do you help your student to cope up with the competition being so high in the outside world?

We provide them proper training classes so that they can understand all things about the environment, give them knowledge about the market, so that they can be aware about the outside market to understand and choose a better future.
