Being a director, the fundamental beliefs and principles that guide a leader's decision-making, behavior, and leadership style are: This style emphasizes collaboration and teamwork. It involves soliciting input from team members and making decisions through a democratic process.


Being the Director of SRC Group of Colleges, Mathura how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of youR school?

We believe that marketing and administrative plans must focus on a long-term approach to success. Hence, it should be a strategic, step-by-step action plan. This includes print, electronic, or Web-based promotional activities as well as plans that ultimately work to help the educational program overcome market competition. We create effective promotional programs that are thoughtful, well-documented, and define our aim towards education.


The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute/Institution/ school?

Our academic session starts from day one and continues until the student appears for his final examinations and gets placed in top MNCs. We prepare and follow an extensive package of programs to support the academics, like research projects, educational tours, and training with industries, making the teaching a learning process and, of course, much more interesting. We have our own study modules prepared as per the university curriculum. There is a greater stress on the implementation of practical knowledge by the students through research projects, presentation skills, and group discussion, etc.

When you first came to SRC Group of Colleges, Mathura what was your vision for the Institutions? Has it evolved over time, and how far along in implementing that vision are you?

We have evolved over time and have implemented our vision by offering various opportunities to the students to explore their abilities and develop their personalities. The entire academic process has been very well planned and organized. We are still constantly in touch with the students and tailoring our curriculum as per their needs to ensure the best placements.
