No, Bareilly International University (BIU) Bareilly does not offer a B.Sc. in Nursing through distance education. The B.Sc. Nursing program in India, as per the guidelines of the Indian Nursing Council (INC), is a regular, full-time course which requires practical and clinical training.

How to admission to B.Sc. Nursing?
There is a written test conducted by Bareilly International University, Bareilly which you need to clear for taking admission to B.Sc. Nursing.
The fee per year for the BSc in Nursing is INR 72,000 at the Bareilly International University. You must have passed 10+2 (PCB group) from any recognized board with at least 45% marks taken together and a Clear pass in each subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually. In the case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST must have obtained 40% instead of 45% and the candidate shall have to be medically fit.
