Her academic journey reached its pinnacle with a Ph.D. from Universiti Putra Malaysia, where she specialized in Fuzzy Logic and Calculus of Variations. With over four years of teaching experience, Dr. Verma is recognized for her exceptional contributions in exploring abstract mathematical structures, uncertainty reasoning, and function optimization in her research pursuits. I maintain a positive and supportive relationship with my students. I am approachable and encourage open dialogue. I take a keen interest in their academic and personal development, and I'm always available to provide guidance, support, and mentorship.

What are the most important functions in the role that you play in your institute?

As an Assistant Professor, my key functions are multifaceted. I need to work towards delivering high-quality lectures and facilitating interactive learning. I always try to mentor and guide students in their academic and research pursuits. Conducting research and contributing to the academic community is an important part of my role. I also try to engage in curriculum development and enhance the learning experience. Another part of my role is collaborating with colleagues and participating in the institution's growth and development.

Any suggestions/messages that you would like to give to the current youth?

To the current youth, I would like to emphasize the importance of lifelong learning. Stay curious, be open to new ideas, and continue to acquire knowledge and skills. Also, never underestimate the power of resilience and determination; they are key to overcoming challenges and achieving your goals. Finally, remember that education is a powerful tool for personal and societal growth, so make the most of it.
