What is the roles and responsibilities?

“To look after students' progress and guide them with various opportunities on campus”

One of my primary importance is teaching. I need to look after students' progress on studies and all activities. We guide them for future opportunities. My duty is to generate awareness about recent GK and other industry trends for pupils. 

How do you bring a practical approach towards subjects and make them industry-oriented?

“Consider industry-oriented approaches, case studies, research activities and career guidance on campus”

We try to consider an industry-oriented approach in teaching and learning. Our campus gives industrial projects, case studies, research activities and group discussions for students. They get the chance to join NSS, NCC and other clubs. We provide health and physical education games, and other curricular activities for them. 

What are your views on the placements and higher education in Sarla Birla University, Ranchi?

“Provide placements for pupils each year and some candidates pursue higher studies based on their passion”

One of the successful completion of coursework is placement. Each student dreamed of getting placed at a top MNCs. We guide them to achieve their goals successfully. Management students on our campus got placed in various industries. Some of them pursue higher studies as per their interests.

What extracurricular activities enhance the skills of the students to face real-world challenges?

“Sports, NGOs activities and NSS programs are available to pupils”

We provide various extracurricular activities on campus for students' confidence. It includes sports, cultural activities and social clubs. They can openly share their interests with faculties and other members. NSS and NCC are actively going inside our campus. 

What was your vision for Sarla Birla University, Ranchi?

“Lifelong learning for pupils and strive to be a dynamic center of innovation”

We follow the design, development, learning and teaching courses on campus. Our aim is to make fresh contributions in programs and be beneficial to pupils. One of the visions is to become a dynamic center of innovation and creativity. Lifelong learning with a professional touch is another one. 

What challenges have you faced to uplift the quality of education on campus?

“High competition outside and to make students as industry-ready professionals”

Most sectors face difficulties nowadays. The highest competition in the outside market is a great challenge for students and campus. We try to provide employability for students as per industry trends. But, it is a little bit tough in some situations. Our management department works hard to fulfill campus goals systematically. 

How does your curriculum train students for a better future?

“Presentation, case studies, soft skills development, and group discussion are available for students”

We implement soft skill development and personality improvement sessions for students. They need to work on case studies and presentations for their respective courses. Individual SWOT Analysis and group discussion are followed in every classroom. 

How do you bring a practical approach towards subjects as industry-oriented in Sarla Birla University, Ranchi?

“Corporate sessions, internships, and live projects are provided to pupils”

Education in today's world focuses on management and bringing a trained discipline. We provide corporate sessions to students for getting practical exposure. Our students are also sent for internships with various companies. They get the experience of corporate work through this. We provide various live projects and industrial visits for students. All of these assist them to gain practical knowledge about subjects.
