Being the Principal of Diploma at MITM, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
As a leader, I believe in leading by example. I understand that my actions speak louder than my words, and I strive to set a positive and inspiring example for my team members to follow. I demonstrate the behaviours and values that I expect from my team, and I hold myself to the same standards that I hold them to.
How does the MITM’s curriculum ensure the industry's best practices?
With the advanced teaching methodology, students are exposed to maximum practical learning. Moreover, our placement committee is highly competent and is constantly working to build industry relations. These relationships help with internships, updating our curriculum, and more. Also, our students go through mandatory internships during the final year, which gives them a real taste of the industry within the course.

Any advice you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?
I advise students to take up internships and projects during their courses. This will help them grow and learn new skills. Grab every opportunity that comes your way. Develop a mindset of constantly learning, as it will help you stay ahead of the competition. Approach your teachers for guidance and help whenever needed. Finally, take time off and maintain a good work-life balance so as not to burn out.
