What are the interventions and approaches you bring in apart from the curriculum to train/ teach the students?

We adopt a modular teaching approach, departing from traditional methods to focus on outcome-based learning. This includes engaging students in various activities such as Hackathons, Youth Talks, Seminars, and presenting research papers in Conferences. Additionally, internships, technical quizzes, and both technical and non-technical competitions are regularly organized. These interventions go beyond the curriculum, providing students with practical experiences and opportunities to apply their knowledge in real-world settings. Through these diverse approaches, we aim to enhance their skills, critical thinking abilities, and overall development, preparing them for success in their academic and professional endeavors.

What are your views upon the placements and higher education of the students of your Institute?

We prioritize student placement by recognizing the value of industrial work experience in enhancing academic performance. In today's dynamic engineering landscape, our focus is on transforming the undergraduate educational experience. This entails moving away from traditional pedantic curriculum confined to specific disciplines towards a more comprehensive foundational experience. By doing so, we aim to equip our students with the skills and knowledge necessary for lifelong success in a rapidly evolving professional environment. Thus, our approach to placements and higher education is centered on providing students with opportunities for practical learning and holistic development.
