The PGDM program in Asian Business School focuses on outcome based education and to achieve this the continuous improvement in the curriculum is done through feedback from industry professionals and alumni. By involving external stakeholders, such as industry experts, in syllabus development, we ensure that the program remains relevant and aligned with the current industry requirements. The inclusion of business simulation labs allows students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, fostering a deeper understanding of real-world business situations. Role plays and case studies provide opportunities for students to analyze and solve complex problems, enhancing their critical thinking and decision-making skills. The emphasis on practical exercises further reinforces the application of concepts learned in the classroom. By incorporating these teaching methodologies, the PGDM program at Asian Business School prioritizes experiential learning, enabling students to bridge the gap between theory and practice. This approach prepares graduates to enter the workforce with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their respective industries.

What valuable advice would you like to the students for them to have a prosperous career ahead?
My advice to the students is "Always believe in Yourself and Never Quit". This is a powerful mantra that can guide individuals through various challenges and setbacks they may encounter in their lives. Believing in oneself instills confidence, resilience, and the determination to overcome obstacles and pursue one's goals. It is also essential to cherish every moment and embrace the opportunities that life presents. Each experience, whether positive or negative, provides valuable lessons and growth opportunities. By embracing these moments, students can make the most out of their academic journey, personal development, and future endeavors. Furthermore, being true to oneself is crucial. Embracing one's uniqueness and individuality allows for personal growth and genuine connections with others. It is important to stay authentic and true to one's values, beliefs, and passions. I would also like to advise the students to have the goal of being a good human. Striving to be a good human encompasses empathy, kindness, respect, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the world. By embodying these qualities, students can contribute to their communities, build meaningful relationships, and lead a fulfilling and purposeful life.
