What were the challenges that you faced while inculcating this program in your curriculum?

To determine the roles of the College Management Team in managing curriculum changes, to identify the experiences and challenges faced by the CMT and teachers in curriculum implementation, and to identify the support structures and skills necessary for the effective implementation of curriculum changes. Qualitative research was chosen for this study because it allows the participants to describe their experiences and challenges in implementing and managing the curriculum. As the study is based on a qualitative approach, another prominent characteristic is its phenomenological nature.

What are the types of projects that the students are working on through this program?

Project construction encompasses practical and physical tasks, such as constructing models and engaging in dramatic play. It compels learners to perform various activities and construct their own knowledge and information through these activities. This type of project allows learners to build their knowledge and develop new concepts through experiential learning. It provides hands-on, direct experiences for students, which accelerates their learning process.
