You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

An educational institution that provides students with industry-specific skills.

Principally, the education industry is directly linked to the technology industry, and skill sets are crucial. Students must demonstrate practical knowledge. My vision for them and the implementation practices that aided me in their evolution over time were instrumental in maintaining my leadership positions at the educational institution. In this industry, we are shaping the careers and futures of the nation's youth. This crucial factor primarily motivated me.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

A combination of a powerful leader and manager is required for success.

A successful person must be both an effective leader and manager in order to convince their team to follow their vision of success. Integrity, inspiration, and the capacity to embrace challenges are pillars of my leadership style.

What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

"Providing students with exceptional research and extensive use of technical equipment". In my opinion, we should focus in conceptual comprehension, imagination and critical reasoning, comprehensive use of technology, synergy in curriculum at all educational levels, excellent research, continual evaluation of instruction and learning, and concentrate on frequent formative evaluation for learning

What are some of the major changes that Covid-19 has bought in the education sector?

Covid-19 has brought about a revolutionary transformation in the Education Sector. After Covid the Faculty and students are becoming increasingly reliant on online/digital education techniques.

What are the challenges faced as a part of your institute?

Our institution is committed to uplifting this region by providing high-quality education to local students, so many of our students originate from a rural background. These students lack exposure to the outside world, and their language and communication abilities are inferior to those of students in Delhi and other major cities. However, we believe it is our responsibility to assist them in overcoming these deficiencies so that, by the time they conclude their courses with us, they are on par with other students in these areas and can pursue the best possible career.

Any suggestions/messages that you would like to give to the current youth?

Students should focus on the fluctuating needs of industries and adapt themselves accordingly. There is no alternative to exertion. Only through labor can one attain prosperity. If a pupil desires to learn, they should learn with their own concepts and preferences, and they should learn comprehensively. If they have concept knowledge, no one will be able to halt them; they will be on top.
