What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector? 

“To train young minds keeps me connected to the education sector”

As architecture is concerned, it is a professional course, and Education in this fraternity requires a practical oriented approach. Hence, as an experience I have gained, a vital knowledge to be shared with the students can be considered an essential platform through which I am connected to educational institutes and getting opportunities to give back to society in a way..

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“It requires constant upgradation to match the requirements of current time innovations”

\Leadership with a bright vision and challenging core mission makes one achieve goals in a stipulated time frame with a qualitative and quantified manner. I provide the energy and synergy with satisfaction at all levels to the coworkers for the desired output. Leadership involves a peculiar quality, along with education and qualification.
