Admission to SankalChand Patel University is based on both Merit and the entrance exam. The university offers various courses in UG, PG, and Ph.D. The university also offers certificate and diploma courses.

UG Admission

The admission for undergraduate studies at SankalChand Patel University has currently been closed, but there are courses in which undergraduate studies are offered:

MBBS - The eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed 10+2 in science with 50% and must have qualified for the NEET Exam.

B.Tech - The candidate must have passed 10+2 in science with 50% and have cleared the GUJCET or JEE exam. Specialisations under the scores are mechanical, electronic, electronic and communication, computer information, technology, civil, Information, and Communication technology.

B.Pharma - The candidate must have passed 10+2 in science with 50% have qualified GPAT or GUJCET.

BDS - For this course, the candidate has passed the 10+2 with 50% and the NEET exam.

BBA - The eligibility criteria for the course are that the candidate must have passed the 10+2 from any recognised board, and the admissions are taken on a merit basis. The specialization that BBA offers is fashion designing and Management.

B.Sc. - The eligibility criteria for the course are that the candidate must have passed the 10+2 with 45% in science. Admission here is on a merit basis. The specializations that the course offers are Nursing, Fashion Designing, Management, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.

BCA - The eligibility criteria for the course are that the candidate must have passed the 10+2 from any recognised board, and the admissions are taken on a merit basis.

BPT - The eligibility criteria for the course are that the candidate must have passed the 10+2 from any recognised board, and the admissions are taken on a merit basis.

B.Com - The eligibility criteria for the course are that the candidate must have passed the 10+2 from any recognised board, and the admissions are taken on a merit basis.

BAMS - The eligibility criteria for the course are that the candidate must have passed 10+2 in science with 50% and have qualified for NEET.

BHMS - The eligibility criteria for the course are that the candidate must have passed 10+2 in science with 50% and have qualified for NEET.

ANM - the candidate must have passed 10+2 with 45% and the admission is taken on a merit basis.

GNM - the candidate must have passed 10+2 with 40% and the admission is taken on a merit basis.

IMCA - The candidate qualified for the integrated master of computer application should have passed 10+2 with maths and have secured 50%. Admission is taken on a merit basis.

IMBA - The candidate qualified for the integrated master of business administration should have passed 10+2 with 50%. Admission is taken on a merit basis.

Bachelor of Design - The courses offer fashion designing, and candidates must have passed 10+2 with 45%. The selection process is based on the creative portfolio and aptitude for design, and admission may take on an entrance test or as per University norms.

PG Admission

M.Tech - The eligibility criteria for the force if the candidate must have passed through and have appeared in the GATE / PGCET exam. The specifications that are offered here are CAD / CAM, electrical engineering, electrical, and communication engineering, Information and Communication, computer engineering, civil and structural engineering, and cybersecurity

M.Pharma - Eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed B.Pharma with 40% and have appeared in the GPAT exam. The specifications that it offers are Pharmaceutical, quality assurance, and Pharmaceutical technology.

MDS - The Eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed BDS with NEET. The specifications that the course offers are Oral Medicine and Radiology, Prosthodontics and crown and bridge, oral and Maxillofacial surgery, conservative Dentistry and endodontics, periodontology, orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, oral pathology and microbiology, paedodontics, and preventive Dentistry, and public health Dentistry.

MBA - Eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed BBA with 50%, and the specifications that the course offers are public administration. CMAT / MAT / CAT

MCA -The Eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed BCA with 50%.

M.Com - The Eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed B.Com with 50%.

M.Sc -The Eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed B.Sc with 50%. The specifications that the course offers are Medical-surgical, obstetrics and gynaecology nursing, community health nursing, psychiatry nursing, paediatric nursing, microbiology, biotechnology, mathematics, and chemistry. For Nursing, the candidate must have registered as a Nurse and Midwife with the state nursing council.

MPT - The Eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed BPT with 50%. The candidate must have registered with the Physiotherapy Council.

MD / MS - Eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed MBBS and have qualified for NEET PG. The specifications that the course offers are: MD - Pathology, Anaesthesia, Radio-Diagnosis, and General Medicine. MS - General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Masters of Design - The candidate must have Design, fashion, and textiles with 50%. The selection process is based on the creative portfolio and aptitude for design, and admission may take on an entrance test or as per University norms.

Diploma Admission

SankalChand Patel University offers various courses as a diploma, a few of which are mentioned below:

Diploma in engineering - the main focus of the course is civil, computer, electrical, mechanical, and IT. For the course, the candidate must have passed their class 10th with 35% and admission is taken through ACPDC or State Government guidelines.

Post Diploma In Industrial Safety - eligibility for the course is that the candidate must have a diploma degree in engineering or technology from a recognised University with a minimum 50% and must be a working professional in the relevant field. Admission is taken on a merit basis.

Postgraduate diploma in US taxation - the eligibility for the course is that the candidate must have a graduate degree in commerce, accountancy, or finance with 50% and basic knowledge of taxation or accounting. The admission is taken on a merit basis.

Postgraduate diploma in medical laboratory technology - eligibility for the course in the candidate have a bachelor's degree in microbiology, chemistry, life science, biochemistry, or any relevant subject with 50% marks and must be from a medical or aligned with their science background. The admission is taken on a merit basis.

Certificate Admission

Apart from its professional degree course, the university also provides some certificate courses, like:

Certificate course in dialysis technique - the eligibility for the course is that the candidate must have passed 12th class with a minimum of 45% marks, and must be interested in patient care and medical technology.

Certificate course in X-ray technician - the eligibility for the course is that the candidate must have passed class 12 in science with a minimum 45% and must have good communication skills.

Certificate course in operation theatre assistant - eligibility for the course is that the candidate must have passed class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks, and must be interested in physical fitness, surgical, and hospital support roles.

Certificate course in fire safety - the eligibility for the course is that the candidate must have passed class 10 or 12, and must be physically fit and mentally sound.

Ph.D Admission

The university also provides a specialised research field for which the eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have completed their master's degree in the relevant field for specialisation and must have cleared the GATE exam. A Ph.D is awarded in the following specialization:

How to apply

For National Student:

1. The candidate must visit the university website to get access to the admission form.
2. After filling in all the details that are required, a unique username and password will be created to log in to the student portal and fill out the application form.
3. After filling out the application form, the fees need to be paid to complete the admission process.
4. The student can also fill out the application form by visiting the campus and getting the application form, and submitting it to the admission department with the required admission fee.

For international students

1. Candidates first need to choose what they are willing to pursue and then fill out the application form that is available on the website.
2. After that, applicants have to submit the documents for each academic year as well as a copy of their passport, Visa, and flight ticket.
3. An application fee of $100 is to be submitted after the application is accepted by the university.
4. After coming to India, the student needs to visit the campus and get a provisional admission letter.
5. After that, the student needs to fill out a form at the University and provide a passport-sized photograph.
6. The candidate needs to carry all the important documents with them while coming to the campus and submit the hard copy of all the documents at the time of admission.
