Making children morally upright is the major goal of all the strategies. As a result, everything is set up such that the students will perform well in various spheres of their lives. They ought to be given the chance to advance ethically. So our college provides the circumstances in which it benefits the student’s way of life. All students are encouraged to have a positive method of intellectual growth, mental growth, and the development of their talents in this, as per the norms of the University of the College, as this is an institution they have a moral way of not having any religious or caste concerns that regard everyone as equal.

The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your College?

Our college is excellent because this time, we were placed first in the results from MG University and received an A+ rating with the greatest overall success rate. This demonstrates our commitment to academic achievement for college students. The students who come from here can have good life circumstances, and we receive many questions in confidence because they have good character, which is the most important quality to have in life. Having a good, happy life is more important than just making money, according to experts.

How does the curriculum of Alphonsa College ensure the best practice of industry?

The university comprises a well planned curriculum and all of the courses are connected to it. Additionally, everything associated with it is viewed universally. The curriculum followed in the college is upgraded from time to time to meet the requirements of the industry.

Any insights into how your college could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

The biggest feature of our college is that we do not charge a single fee from the teachers and students. We have concerns for the students who are financially backward and for them we made scholarships, and for many students, with the concerned agencies, with their parents, church or temple institutions, we will consider as much. Also, teachers or various agencies which help them with investing in student fees etc. Our intention is to have concerns for poor people and to bring them into society and to the positive ways in their lives.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the College and the students are?

My roles and responsibilities include encouraging college students all the way to wonderful, encouraging situations. My students must be more self-disciplined, complete worthwhile coursework, live happily, participate in student direction, and develop a good, positive teaching strategy. My goal is for everyone to be happy and live a good life.
