There has been an increase in the average package trend as compared to last year. The BIMTECH 2023 MBA average package stood at INR 11.25 LPA. The average CTC saw a rise of 20% as compared to the previous year. The average stipend that was offered in BIMTECH 2023 Summer internship stood at INR 23,500.

The compensation categorization is seen as Top 10% average salary standing at INR 15.86 LPA while Top 25% and 50% average salary stands at INR 14.31 LPA and INR 12.80 LPA. 

In 2023 BIMTECH MBA Placement drive the average CTC in the functional domains are said to be INR 11.02 LPA in Marketing, INR 10.77 LPA in Finance, INR 11.97 LPA in Operations, INR 11.03 LPA in HR, INR 11.22 LPA in Insurance and INR 12.37 LPA in Retail.
