Any insights into how your university/College could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

Several initiatives can be implemented to make our university/college friendlier to students of other races or economic backgrounds. To begin, we should raise awareness of diversity and inclusivity through awareness campaigns, cultural events, and student clubs that celebrate many cultures and origins. Second, we can offer scholarships, financial aid, or work-study programs to help students from low-income families. Developing mentorship programs, support networks, and counseling services can also help students feel valued, supported, and included. Finally, encouraging a campus culture of open discourse, respect, and understanding can help to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.

Any suggestions that you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

I will suggest the current youth and aspiring students put in the effort, avoid taking shortcuts, not do anything for the sake of a sack of pears or appease their parents, do whatever they want and give it their all, and do not go along with the crowd, do not be a comparative person, as if your friend's grades are outstanding and you want to enroll in any degree; perhaps you are intended for something else. So simply trust in your trip and best wishes for the future.
