Prof (Dr) Anshuman Srivastava, obtained his Ph.D. in the field of Material Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi, India. He has worked as a Joint Director (R and D), at IIP Mumbai, Government of India. He has published several research papers in journals like Composites Science and Technology, Journal of Power Sources, Material Research Bulletin, Journal of Composites, International Journal of Energy Research, The European Physical Journal Plus, Materials Science & Engineering B, Journal of Solid State Chemistry and many others.
He is a member of advisory, organizing, and technical committees in many national and international conferences and has successfully organized several international and national conferences/workshops and FDPs too. He has also delivered invited talks/expert lectures at several conferences and FDPs. He is a member of the Editorial Board and Reviewer panel of various international/national journals. Presently he is supervising UG/PG and doctorial theses in the mechanical and material science field. His research work is focused on the Physical, Dielectric, and Mechanical properties of PVDF/CCTO and modified CCTO composites and synthesis of high dielectric ceramics. Natural fibers reinforced Polymer composites, Biocomposites, Metal matrix composites, Ceramics matrix composites.

I am drawn to the education sector like a magnet, seeing it as a vast universe brimming with boundless possibilities. The moments that truly captivate me are when students have those 'aha' moments, those breakthroughs in their learning journey. Being a part of their growth and witnessing their discoveries is incredibly fulfilling in a way that is hard to put into words. Additionally, the ever-evolving landscape of education fascinates me. How do you view leadership?
