He holds a B.Sc. in Electronics, an MCA, & a Diploma in Cyber Law and Digital Marketing. Currently pursuing a PhD in Blockchain, Kartikay is dedicated to advancing his expertise & contributing to the evolving landscape of technology education.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

This is the era of teamwork. You should ensure that your team coordinates well to achieve its goal. Your leadership is all about steering the team right. Mutual respect and cooperation are the lifeline for any team.

Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

We already have students from different parts of the country. It is easy for us to accommodate various cultures and races. Moreover, the entire country shares the same values and beliefs so it is unity in diversity. Our fee structure is based on the needs of the society. We have scholarships for EWS, Girl students, Wards of Defence personnel, and students from government schools.

What do you see as your college’s greatest strengths?

KAMRAH Institute of Information Technology is located within the city limits and is very well connected. It is a Lush green and vegetarian campus. KIIT offers Value-based education have well-qualified faculty.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for your college specifically?

One of the biggest challenges is Bridging the gap between Industry and academics. The demand for skill-based and technical courses to make the students easily employable. It is important to differentiate between core and specialized disciplines.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

Be connected to your roots. Strive to work for the betterment of the country. Be a balanced personality by preserving the Bharatiya Values and keeping abreast with the latest technology.
