Dr. Namrata Kaushal is a Professor, Dean (First Year) at Indore Institute of Science and Technology, Indore and the HOD of the Engineering Science and Humanities department. She has more than 23 years of experience in teaching graduates and postgraduates in various streams. She completed her doctorate in Mathematics from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) Indore and her M.Phil. in Mathematics from Vikram University, Ujjain. Among Dr. Kaushal’s research credentials, she has 20 international and national publications in SCI, Scopus and UGC Care journals. She has also authored two articles in international publications and presented many research papers at national and international conferences. Dr. Namrata is also guiding eight research scholars for their PhD work. She has life memberships of prestigious institutes like “The Indian Mathematical Society” and the “Indian Science Congress Association.” She has established various student activity clubs (SAC) in the institute and is a core member of the Academic Executive Committee in the institute. Moreover, she has been a Member of the Technical Program Committee of the 2016 International Conference on ICT in Business, Industry, and Government (ICTBIG). Due to her extraordinary calibre and appreciable academic potency, she was awarded ‘Best Faculty’ in IIST in 2017.

In this challenging world, we are offering programs in Civil Engineering with Computer Application, Electronics and Computer Science, and Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. These advanced engineering courses distinguish themselves from traditional programs, setting students apart from the mainstream crowd. Across all three programs, students gain advantages through an interdisciplinary approach, a highly prized quality in today's workforce.
