Bennett University Appoints Prof Ajith Abraham as Pro Vice-Chancellor; Check Details Here

New Delhi: As per the latest updates, Bennett University has appointed Esteemed Academician Prof Dr Ajith Abraham as its new Pro-Vice-Chancellor. He will now take care of the responsibilities pertaining to academics, research, international relations, and incubation.

Speaking on this occasion, Chancellor of Bennett University, Vineet Jain shared that Prof Abraham has outstanding achievements in computer science and AI. With his skills and experience, he will help the university become a leading center of knowledge and innovation.

Prior to this post, Ajith Abraham was serving as the Dean of Department of Computing and Mathematical Science of FLAME University at Pune. He has also worked as Founding Director of Machine Intelligence Research Labs of USA, focused on innovation and research.

He has completed his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Monash University Australia. Apart from this, Abraham has worked at Innopolis University Russia as a Professor of Artificial Intelligence. He has also held the Yayasan Tun Ismail Mohamed Ali Professorial Chair in Artificial Intelligence at UCSI, Malaysia.

He completed his M.Sc degree from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University. Abraham has researched in various areas, including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), network security, web intelligence, and web services. He has written more than 1,400 publications including 100 books about various aspects of computer science.
