AIISH Mysore has opened online and offline applications for 2026-27 academic programs with registration deadlines ranging from May 17 to June 30, 2026.

All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), Mysore, has announced the opening of applications for its 2026-27 academic programs across diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. Online applications for B.ASLP, M.Sc. (Audiology), and M.Sc. (Speech-Language Pathology) must be submitted by May 17, 2026, while offline applications for B.Ed. Spl.Ed. (HI) close on June 1, 2026, and applications for M.Ed. Spl.Ed. (HI) and PGDAVT close on June 30, 2026.
Eligible candidates can apply through the official AIISH portal at aiishmysore.in or the dedicated admission portal at aiish.applyadmission.co.in.
AIISH offers comprehensive programs spanning from diplomas to postgraduate levels in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Special Education. The institute is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and is accredited with an 'A' Grade by NAAC.
Admission to most programs is through national-level entrance examinations conducted by AIISH in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for Indian candidates with application fees ranging from ₹700 to ₹2,030 based on category. Programs span one to four years, emphasizing clinical expertise. The tentative date for CBT entrance examination for the B.ASLP and M.Sc. programs is May 26, 2026, with admit cards expected to be released on May 21, 2026. Offline entrance examinations for M.Ed. Spl.Ed. (HI) are scheduled for July 10, 2026.

Candidates applying to AIISH programs must meet course-specific qualifications: diploma courses require 10+2, undergraduate programs require a science background with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics, postgraduate courses require a relevant bachelor’s degree with minimum 55% marks, and doctoral programs require a relevant master’s degree and entrance qualification as per institute and university norms.

Candidates applying for online programs must register on the official AIISH admission portal and submit required documents including educational certificates, identity proof, and category certificates if applicable.
For offline programs, candidates must submit hard copies of applications along with supporting documents as specified in the admission notification. .
After the application deadline, AIISH will release admit cards for eligible candidates one week before the entrance examination. Candidates appearing for CBT examinations should prepare according to the NCERT/CBSE syllabus for B.ASLP and the RCI-prescribed syllabus for postgraduate programs.
