ABVIMS & Dr. RML Hospital has released the reporting schedule for candidates allotted seats in MD/MS Courses at ABVIMS & Dr. RML Hospital. All candidates who have been allotted seats in MD/MS courses in Round 2 of Counseling/reporting for the AY 2024-25 are required to report in person from December 13 to December 20, 2024.

- Internship Completion Certificate
- Medical Registration Certificate from Medical Council of India/State Medical Council
- Copy of Identification Proof (ID Proof) i.e. Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport.
- PAN CARD (if available)
- Character Certificate from the head of the institution from where the qualifying examination was passed.
- Declaration (Annexure-A)
- The following certificate, if applicable:
- SC/ST certificate issued by the competent authority in English or Hindi language
- OBC certificate issued by the competent authority
- Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board
- EWS certificate as per the Central Govt. Norms
- The Surety Bond of INR 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only) on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of INR 100/-
- Affidavit on Non-Judicial stamp paper of INR 10/- for gap period
- Employer's Certificate Form in the prescribed format (Annexure-H), if applicable
- Duly signed hard copies of the undertaking submitted online by the student and their parents
