VITEEE 2026 Exam Centers List Out: Check State-wise and International Test Centers

VITEEE exam centers list has been published on the official website by Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). This year, VITEEE 2026 will be conducted in a total of 130 test cities across 32 states.

• You will be allowed to choose only the test city listed from the Native State, or Current State, or the School State.
• You can choose only 1 test city from the list of VITEEE 2026 exam centers.
• Once you submit the VITEEE exam center, no edit option will be available to change the test city.
• VITEEE will also be conducted in 9 international test centers in countries like the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Malaysia, Singapore, and Bahrain.

VIT is likely to conduct the VITEEE 2026 from 28 April to 3 May 2026. Registration for the examination is ongoing and will close on 31 March 2026. Slot booking for VITEEE 2026 is likely to open in April 2026.

VITEEE Exam Centers Outside India

VITEEE also has test centers outside India. International test centers for VITEEE has increased from 6 to 9 this year.

• UAE has 3 VITEEE test center cities.
• Countries like Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Malaysia, Singapore, and Bahrain each have only 1 test centers.

VITEEE Exam Centers: Application Fee

VITEEE Application fee is different for exam centers in India and outside. For exam centers in India, the VITEEE Application fee 2026 is INR 1350. However, for exam centers outside India, the VITEEE 2026 exam fee is USD 90.

Before the VITEEE admit card is released, you must participate in the VITEEE slot booking. You can book your VITEEE 2026 slots on the official website at viteee.vit.ac.in during the duration prescribed by VIT.

How to Select VITEEE Exam Center

You can select the VITEEE exam center 2026 based on your own convenience. You can select your nearest VITEEE exam city or test center during the VITEEE slot booking process. VITEEE 2026 slot booking will be available through the OTBS on the official website at viteee.ac.in.

On the OTBS, you will also be required to choose the timing and date of the VITEEE examination. Slots will be allocated to students on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guidelines to Follow at VITEEE Exam Centers

VIT has issued guidelines for students appearing for VITEEE 2026 on the VITEEE prospectus 2026. You must go through the guidelines carefully before appearing for the VITEEE 226 examination.

• You will not be allowed to appear for VITEEE 2026 without the following documents.
  • VITEEE 2026 Admit Card.
  • Valid photo ID card (School Identity Card/ PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card/ Class XII Board Admit Card).
• You will not be allowed to carry items listed below.
  • Instruments, Geometry, or Pencil box
  • Handbag, Purse, any kind of Paper/ Stationery/ Textual material (printed or written material)
  • Eatables and Water (loose or packed)
  • Mobile Phone/ Earphone/ Microphone/ Pager, Calculator, DocuPen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, Camera, Tape Recorder, Electronic Watches with calculator facilities.
  • Any metallic item or electronic gadgets/ devices.
• You must provide your Biometric registration as a part of VITEEE attendance or admit card verification before or during the VITEEE examination.
• You will be monitored individually during the VITEEE examination through a CCTV camera.
• You are advised to carry no extra items other than the documents listed above. The conducting authority will not be responsible for the loss of any valuables.
• You will not be allowed to appear for VITEEE 2026 other than at the exam center, slot date, and time mentioned on your VITEEE admit card.
• You must not be idle for more than 20 minutes while appearing for VITEEE 2026. Otherwise, you will be questioned by a VIT observer, which may lead to expulsion.
• You will only be allowed to do calculations/rough work on the rough sheet provided at the time of the VITEEE examination.
• PwD candidates will be provided with compensatory time of 30 minutes. Such candidates must prove their eligibility by providing valid certificates.

VITEEE Exam Centers: Biometric Registration

Biometric verification is a part of the verification process while appearing for the VITEEE 2026 examination. You will be required to provide VITEEE biometric verification before or during the examination.

• Biometric verification is done to note the attendance and verify the identity of a candidate.
• You will not be allowed to take the VITEEE 2026 exam if you refuse the biometric registration process.
• You will also be required to provide biometric registration during the admission and counseling process.

VITEEE Exam Centers: Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s

The candidates should adhere to the following guidelines while appearing for the online test.

• You must be present at the allotted exam center as per the reporting time indicated in the admit card.
• You must register your name at the registration counter and produce your VITEEE 2025 Admit Card and a valid ID proof for verification.
• You should be seated in your allotted seats only.
• Maintain the conduct of the exam and focus on the exam only.
• You are required to sign the attendance sheet in the presence of an invigilator.

Don'ts

The candidates should avoid indulging in any unfair means or practices while sitting in the exam hall.

• You are not allowed to bring any textual material or papers except the e-admit card to the exam hall.
• No electronic devices like mobile phones, calculators, etc. are allowed inside the exam center.
• You are not permitted to go outside the exam hall during the computer-based test.
• No eatables except the plain water bottle (without any stickers) are allowed in the examination hall.
• Any violation of the rules or any unfair means used during the examination could lead to the disqualification of the candidature.
