What is INI CET Result 2026?
INI CET is the entrance exam for MD, MS, DM (6 years), MCh (6 years) and MDS seats in Institutes of National Importance. AIIMS New Delhi conducts it twice a year, in May and in November.

INI CET Marks vs Rank 2026
You can estimate your marks even before the result. The exam has 200 questions. You get +1 for each correct answer and -1/3 for each wrong answer.
Score = Correct answers − (Wrong answers ÷ 3)
For example, 150 correct and 30 wrong answers gives 150 − 10 = 140 marks. A score like this puts you in a strong range for popular specialties, but the exact rank depends on how the whole batch performs.
AIIMS does not release an official answer key. So you can only compare your recalled answers with unofficial keys.
