- AIIMS MBBS 2024paper will comprise multiple choice questions and re-assertion type questions.
- Out of four options given, select one option which you find is correct.
- Those who appear for the exam are provided with Optical Response Sheet to mark their answers.
- Select the appropriate circle given against four options provided for each question.
- This can be done by clicking on correct answer using virtual keypad.

Before applying for the exam candidate must thoroughly go through a set of instructions given below:
- Mode of exam is only offline.
- Time duration of the exam will be 3 hours and 30 minutes.
- Negative marking is applicable for every incorrect answer.

Tie-Breaker in AIIMS MBBS 2024
The tie breaker will be determined as follows:
- Candidate securing high percentile in Biology will be placed higher on the merit
- In case of further tie, candidate obtaining high percentile in Chemistry will be placed higher at merit
- In case of further tie, candidate securing high percentile in Physics will be placed at higher merit
- If tie persists, candidate senior in age will be given priority.
