DPGU SPR Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Campus placement happens in last sem i.e. 8th sem, many companies come in campus for placement like TCS Wipro cognizant and other small companies, but some students take higher education due to the less package offered by companies very few students will get highest package which is around 3 lakh per annum

I will rate it 6 out of 10 because there is a less demand in India for the pharmacists jobs specially in government and the frequency of exams are very high the exams occur in every month and continue assessments are going which creates the burden on student

The placement cell of our college is good. Almost all students get placed in good companies like Ranbaxy, Cipla, sun pharma, Glenmark, GSK, and Dr. Reddy with an average placement of 4lakh to 6 Lakh. I plan to clear the NIPEE exam and do MPharm at NIPEE colleges.

In the 7th and 8th semesters, you are eligible for placement. certain leading companies visit our college campus and many students get placed with good package. companies like Wipro Ranbaxy Glenmark sun pharma come to the college.The average package of college is 4 lakh to 6 lakh

The reason for choosing this course was my personal interest and the growing pharma market. The college always takes mentoring according to the batches formed and the ratio can be like 1:20. Every 20 students have 1 teacher as a mentor who helps in personal mentoring and as a career guide. Teachers are also aware of students for different competitions held in different colleges and different internship programs. Teachers are highly qualified with lots of experience. The exam schedule is very nice and effective. Exams are held every day during the practical session which is very effective. Passing is easy if you study daily ????.

Students can apply for paid/unpaid internships right from the first year. The training and placement cell of the institute provides career guidance for industrial career, higher studies , gpat/gmat/gre guidance . They conduct various campus drive and off campus placements. Entrepreneurship development cell organises guest lectures from entrepreneur alumini and workshops to promote creative thinking . Alkem , alembic pharma ,sun pharma , glenmark, Piramal, cognizant, Macleods are major recruiters for the institute.

The students from 3th and 4th years can apply for campus placements. Cognizant. IQVIA -for central monitoring assistant Tata Consultancy - Trainee and senior process associates. Neuvocare - 5 students for business executives get placed. Spring nature solution. Pvt. Ltd. Ascentric research Pune - 1 student for clinical research. The highest package was 7 lakh last year In Cipla also 2-3 students on the post of therapy manager. Almost 60-80 percentage students got placed in best companies. That graph is rising year by year. I want to do masters after my degree completion. Then I will do the job.

I choose B Pharm as its Scopeful and has demand there is a lot of options after graduation. About faculty it's good student strength is also 120 -130. Teachers and professor are really doing efforts for teaching and to deliver maximum knowledge as possible. There two term exams and as they are teaching we not really find it difficult to pass.
