Course Curriculum Overview
B Pharmacy is related to health care and I always wanted to be part the health care system hence I choose this course. The syllabus of the course should be more relevant to the latest technologies which are present currently and teaching also need to be in that way so that students will survive outside college. Exams taken in college and by university are not that difficult but still you need to be prepared for exams.
Placement Experience
Campus placement happens in last sem i.e. 8th sem, many companies come in campus for placement like TCS Wipro cognizant and other small companies, but some students take higher education due to the less package offered by companies very few students will get highest package which is around 3 lakh per annum
Fees and Financial Aid
College fees for my batch that is 2022 to 26 batch are 121000 yearly for general, and yes there is category wise fee that is different; for SBS it around 13000 to 15000, for OBC half of the total, but for 2025 batch, fees will be higher due to the college going to be autonomous
Campus Life
College student council manages all the events in college, biggest event that is annual function named as 'Antarang' and sports week which is generally planned in month of March. College has other events also including freshers party, shiv jayanti, traditional day, bollywood day, navaratri. College has other clubs like "IIC" which organizes all events related to entrepreneurship and start up. Classrooms are equipped with AC , smart board and chairs for the students with good light conditions. the NSS club of college runs the social work in pune and college area
Admission
College has good teaching staff and here lectures are taken on regular basis, this is one of the reason for choosing this college. I applied for Mumbai college but cost of leaving in Mumbai is higher than pune. I choose this college over other pune college due to the NIRF ranking of this college.
Faculty
There is no issue with all the faculties in college,each faculty is assigned as mentor for a group of students who guides , motivates and helps students in there personal problems. There are 2 sessional exams in one semester and the average of these sessional marks taken as internal marks and counted for final result by university after semester exam (university exam )
Night Life
Pharmacy building closes around 7 pm but students can sit in cafeteria upto 10 pm, college hostel has in time of 9:30 pm. It is safe to hangout late night but after 1 am you need to be careful. You can spend your time in cafeteria till 10 pm.
