Likes
- Our college hasn't just produced lawyers but some of them have gone on to become judges as well.
- Many judges come for our felicitation and award medal to top students.
- Internships in top law firms be it Trilegal or Khaitan our college has a quota in those.
Dislikes
- Very small campus and I wish our campus to be relocated in Lavale.
Internships Opportunities:
Law firms and also the top law firms as we get direct entry to those firms through our college. Seats might be limited but the ones who deserves get Internships there and that too with a stipend as in law there is no stipend.

- Probably the only college which has its internships tie-ups with best law firms like the Khaitan & co, and The Maheshwari & co, among others.
- The only college where even after a batch size of 500, nearly half the students are placed.
- Definitely the only college where students are assisted to study abroad for further studies.
Dislikes
- Ahead of NLUs in many aspects but campus size as our campus is quite tiny.
Placement Experience:
Khaitan is the top one as they are in 6 cities of India now and they are increasing the workforce every year. It's SLS Pune which is adding to their maximum work force. Average salary offered is 60-90k a year and for a lawyer initially having that kind of salary is a dream.

- The cosmopolitan culture at SLS is better than that of any NLUs.
- We are taught in such a way that half the students from here go to the United States or United Kingdom for further studies.
- Not just law but students here also prepare for judiciary and other government exams like UPSC and all too.
Dislikes
- Well I didn't like the campus much as there's hardly any outing space available at the campus.

Placement Experience:
All the biggest national and some international law firms too come to hire at SLS Pune. Tatva Legal, Trilegal and likewise all A tier firms and top corporate houses as every one has a splendid legal team of theirs and SLS students are splendid.

- I don't think even NLUs have such cosmopolitan culture like SLS Pune has.
- We are taught in such a way that many students from our college go to study in the UK or the US for further studies.
- Our students commentaries have been published about Bankruptcy Code and Insolvency.
Dislikes
- Just one stand alone building in terms of infrastructure.
Placement Experience:
At SLS Pune, placements are amazing as top auto companies which have their base in Pune are the first ones to hire us. From Bajaj Auto to Tata Motors and now even the IT companies like Infosys and Happiest Minds are also in the race. However first choice of any law students is getting jobs in litigation firms and there are firms like Trilegal, Tatva Legal and AZB and others are among the top firms that have tie ups with our college for placements and internships.

- The symbhav is the epitome of the whole symbiosis university
- The faculty is really supportive and helpful when it comes to knowledge and aa assignments
- The seniors are utterly helpful and never refuse to guide
Internships Opportunities:
They provide you with alot of opportunities throughout your course in which you can send your cv in the format provided by the college itself. Students who are struggling to secure them can take their help.

- Its faculty member are really nice they actually do infact guve great kecture which are very easy ti understand
- They way they keep on giving various extra curricular oppurtunities via rmail
Dislikes
- The attendance citeria that is set i am not a great fan if that
- Also internal politics during interviews for cell selections
Internships Opportunities:
at this current stage, I'm not very well worst with what sort of interviews to provide us with because I'm in first year, but do keep on emailing us about extra credit courses that we can take which might help us to you know, broad our perspective of the course that we are already associated with

- cells, committees, competitions all gives us a good heads up.

Internships Opportunities:
our college provides with certain internship opporutnities. from vig top tier firms to ngos and governmental organisations too, students are given opporutnities throughout the year.
i myself have been part of certain internships. my first starting with a service internship at hummari pehchan ngo. currently, im interning at a corporate firm during my internship break!
i hope you join the top law school as well and gain all the wonderful insights yourself.

- The best thing is you get a lot of opportunities to network with other people.
- Guest lectures are often conducted where judges and advocates from all over India visit, sometimes even international personalities.
- The faculty is pretty understanding and helpful
Dislikes
- The curriculum can get very tiring as it demands a lot of your time.
- There is discrimination between the 5 year course and the 3 year course.
- There are way too many subjects taught in each semester to cope up.
Internships Opportunities:
The College provides you with ample internship opportunities. Even tier 1 and 2 firms can be approached for internships through college references. However, to get it, you have to apply yourself and you cv should be good enough.
Firms like trilegal, khaitan, AZB, Phoenix Legal etc offer internships which is mainly based around research work and drafting of legal documents.
You usually do not get stipends for legal internships in the 1st and 2nd year, but you can get a decent stipend in your 3rd year.

- The college could improve opportunities for academically weaker students
Internships Opportunities:
Most of the top law firms in India come to symbiosis for providing internship opportunities however most of the times the top 10-15 students of the batch are the ones who get these internships which is a little unfair

- Great Faculties and there approachability in the campus
- SYMBHAV- an annual college fest filled with fun and intellectual games.
- Quite competitive environment, challenges you to be at par with others.
Dislikes
- Expensive especially if you are from a middle or lower class background
Placement Experience:
From 4th Year of the college the student is eligible for a pre-placement offer, main placements happen in the Final year i,e. 5th year. Companies that hire majorly are Tier-1 and Tier-2 law firms, like AZB, Khaitan&Co. Average package goes to about 15-16LPA. My plan is not fixed yet, but I aim to pursue SEBI or RBI law officer exam.
