- beautiful campus. Green and spacious with amazing connectivity from the city
- Pune is a great city for students, in terms of opportunities and safety
- alumni base of the college is amazing and placed at very good places and they are very helpful
Dislikes
- course curriculum should be updated and revised
- administrative staff should be more student friendly
- some amenities are privatized, they should be made exclusive for students

Placement Experience:
ILS Pune has decent placements.
Companies that visit campus for placements are as follows - AZB & Partner, Trilegal, Khaitan & co, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, DSK legal, bharucha and partners, Crawford bayley and Co. etc.
Approximately 120-130 students sit for placements each year and 50& of them get placed each year.
Students become eligible for placements in 9th semester, 5th year
Highest package - 22 LPA given by Trilegal
Average package - 12 LPA
I plan to pursue litigation in Delhi and not sit for corporate placements

- The lectures are conducted regularly and the faculty is great and well qualified
- The campus is amazing and huge and is surrounded by greenery
- There are a lot of moot courts and activities going on throughout the year which helps in personality building
Dislikes
- Attendance is very strict and due to that we get minimum time for pursuing other hobbies or getting an internship

Students are eligible for placements from 3rd year. Around 50% of the students get placed.
The highest package in 2023 was 19lpa.
I am planning to prepare for judiciary and other government exams after degree.

- I appreciate the teaching methods of teachers.
- Infrastructure of college is well developed.
- College encourages us to do active participation in various events and exams.

- Management by administrative department.
Placement Experience:
In 5th year student become eligible for campus placements. Khaitan and co, shardul amarchand mangaldas, Trilegal India, is above companies came in our campus for placements . Around 70% of the students get get placement under these companies. My future plan is to give judicial exam and become judge.

Placement Experience:
As i am in 2nd year to college im not very much sure with thr placement scenario but our college offers good placements in tier 1 firms in india which is a very great thing also we are eligible for placement from our 4th year which is 8th semester

- A few of the professors are very knowledgeable as well are the experts of their fields. They are also very skilled in teaching the concepts in a very good manner.
- Cells and Committees are very active and work in a very systematic manner.
- Seniors are very interactive and friendly. They are very eager to help you in your doubts regarding academics, internships or even competitions.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is below par its legacy and name.
- Administration is also plagued with bureaucratic red tape
- Boys' hostel is like a ruin with almost no amenities.
Placement Experience:
The placements start from the 4th year and the companies visiting the college include some of the Tier 1 firms such as Trilegal, Khaitan, SAM. While, it also includes many tier 2 companies as well as tier 3 companies and many banks and other firms. The highest package offerred this year was Rs. 20 lakh per annum by Khaitan, which was a PPO.

- The Staff, the college activities it's all fun and you get a proper vibe of your college life it's one of the best experiences, the college involves alot of events, guest lectures which are inspiring and is always upto something new
- The boys to the girl ratio is 60-40 The boys hostel though it's not good with infrastructure it's the best place to enjoy and take out the most of your college life
- The campus itself will make you adore the college it's one of the best things about this college the greenery all of it makes its a whole new vibe
Dislikes
- The mess the food is not really upto the standard.
- The political atmosphere of the college which is very radicalized in two groups
- Lack of enthusiasm regarding sports and not very updated gym
Course Curriculum Overview:
Right now all we have is BA the llb starts in the 3rd year of the course as to now what we are studying is pretty relevant and yes it is comprehensive on nature and also the course is very interesting in some of the topics we study

- College has a vast area of tress and plants. The greenery looks the most beautiful in Rainy season. One can even spot peacocks in our campus
- Learned and experienced teachers. They are helpful and kind and even help us get internship. Thanks to good quality teachers we have a great alumni base.
- Campus has facilities like swimming pool and a stadium. The library of our college is one of the oldest libraries in India and has books and pamphlets dating back to British era.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure could get better. It hasn't been updated since last 4-5 decades. Number of students and batches have increased whereas number of classrooms in college is still very less
- Boys Hostel infrastructure is very old and not maintained at all.
- College has a lot of dogs some of whom have even bitten students. But due to certain animal lover college professor they are not removed from the campus neither restrained and because of that students have to suffer
Placement Experience:
From 5th year students become eligible for campus placements. Around 25-40 percent students get placed every year from each batch. Teir 1 firms like Khaitan, Trilegal, LKS, AzB and partners etc and other local firms of Pune come to our college. Banking institutions like ICICI also provide placement to our students. Average package is around 8-9 lac per annum and highest package is around 16 lac per annum.

- The faculty is ILS is very friendly and they are very supportive in any sort of problems.
- ILS organises various competitions, which help one in learning and understanding different areas related to law and also helps in practical knowledge for the same.
- ILS provides placements with a good numbers, which is not there in every law college.
Dislikes
- College is Commercialising a lot of things, like, swimming pool, Tennis Court, etc, due to which, students get a little less opportunities, which they could get in these sports.
- College is very less concerned about the sports and their positive effect on students. Their is very less or no organization of any physical activity.
- Conditions of Boy's hostel is not too good. On the other hand, conditions of Girl's hostel is good but thier charges is very high.
Placement Experience:
Placement is also too good in ILS about 70-80% students got placed, who opts for it. Students from their 8th semester are eligible for placements. But, the college placement cell provides a lot of internship opportunities to the students from their 1st and 2nd year itself. Major Companies and Firms that visit in ILS includes, AZB Legal, Khaitan & Co. Trilegal, etc. Talking about highest package, it is of 19.5 lpa with average package of about 9-12 lpa. I wanted to go for judiciary aftet my college. But, I will also give a try in placement.

- Excellent and We'll Experienced Faculty and Staff. Compulsory attendance makes the Students to attend almost every lecture
- Other amenities are great as well. Swimming Pool, Gym, Cricket Ground, Basketball Court etc.
Dislikes
- ILS Hostel is not that great as far as Boys' Hostel is concerned. The facilities are sub-par considering they are charging 55000 a year.
Course Curriculum Overview:
ILS is affiliated with the Savitribai Phule Pune University hence it has to follow the university's curriculum. I think the curriculum needs to be up to date with the amendments and changes in the laws. However the curriculum does not really prepare the students to enter the world of practical law.

- The environment is very friendly, college has a decent campus life
- The faculty are friendly and cooperative
- Classrooms are spacious and there are less students in one class so it provides better learning environment
Dislikes
- The hostel condition is very poor and should be better
- There are only 18 halls / classrooms in the college which makes it difficult to manage so many batches
- The timing of the college keeps on fluctuating
Placement Experience:
I really don't know much about placements I have just heard that yes our college provides PPO ( PRE placement offers) from many big firms like Azb and other top tier firms. The average placement goes from 6-7 lakhs per annum
