ILS Pune Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

ILS Pune has decent placements. Companies that visit campus for placements are as follows - AZB & Partner, Trilegal, Khaitan & co, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, DSK legal, bharucha and partners, Crawford bayley and Co. etc. Approximately 120-130 students sit for placements each year and 50& of them get placed each year. Students become eligible for placements in 9th semester, 5th year Highest package - 22 LPA given by Trilegal Average package - 12 LPA I plan to pursue litigation in Delhi and not sit for corporate placements

Students are eligible for placements from 3rd year. Around 50% of the students get placed. The highest package in 2023 was 19lpa. I am planning to prepare for judiciary and other government exams after degree.

In 5th year student become eligible for campus placements. Khaitan and co, shardul amarchand mangaldas, Trilegal India, is above companies came in our campus for placements . Around 70% of the students get get placement under these companies. My future plan is to give judicial exam and become judge.

As i am in 2nd year to college im not very much sure with thr placement scenario but our college offers good placements in tier 1 firms in india which is a very great thing also we are eligible for placement from our 4th year which is 8th semester

The placements start from the 4th year and the companies visiting the college include some of the Tier 1 firms such as Trilegal, Khaitan, SAM. While, it also includes many tier 2 companies as well as tier 3 companies and many banks and other firms. The highest package offerred this year was Rs. 20 lakh per annum by Khaitan, which was a PPO.

Right now all we have is BA the llb starts in the 3rd year of the course as to now what we are studying is pretty relevant and yes it is comprehensive on nature and also the course is very interesting in some of the topics we study

From 5th year students become eligible for campus placements. Around 25-40 percent students get placed every year from each batch. Teir 1 firms like Khaitan, Trilegal, LKS, AzB and partners etc and other local firms of Pune come to our college. Banking institutions like ICICI also provide placement to our students. Average package is around 8-9 lac per annum and highest package is around 16 lac per annum.

Placement is also too good in ILS about 70-80% students got placed, who opts for it. Students from their 8th semester are eligible for placements. But, the college placement cell provides a lot of internship opportunities to the students from their 1st and 2nd year itself. Major Companies and Firms that visit in ILS includes, AZB Legal, Khaitan & Co. Trilegal, etc. Talking about highest package, it is of 19.5 lpa with average package of about 9-12 lpa. I wanted to go for judiciary aftet my college. But, I will also give a try in placement.

ILS is affiliated with the Savitribai Phule Pune University hence it has to follow the university's curriculum. I think the curriculum needs to be up to date with the amendments and changes in the laws. However the curriculum does not really prepare the students to enter the world of practical law.

I really don't know much about placements I have just heard that yes our college provides PPO ( PRE placement offers) from many big firms like Azb and other top tier firms. The average placement goes from 6-7 lakhs per annum
