It's Curriculum. We don't have to study physics, chemistry here . We only have 3 subjects for NST which is Python, Math, Web Development for 1st year. And also have RUFP courses which is boring but it is also required for general knowledge.
I like the Peer community of this college. They are just awesome and inspiring.
I like the dedication of Teacher's towards the student.
Dislikes
I don't like the mess food of this mess I mean food quality is decent but the menu of the mess is very limited. Also it's a vegetarian College.
I don't like RUFP courses of this College. I know it's important but quite boring.
The Schedule is quite hectic all though it's good for us.
Placement Experience:
Still it is new college you know that there is no certain records of placement. I am from 2nd batch of this college. But I would say it will provide enough good packages. In 2nd year you have to sit for internship as per the curriculum of this college. so out of 107 seniors, 85 students grabbed intership from the 2nd year. We hope we also be able to grab internship in 3rd year.
I like the sport facilities they have in the campus
I like the infrastructure too, my favourite is library
Dislikes
I don't like the mess food, especially when they cook south food.
I don't like the tea they give in the mess
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is really good, It is designed to be industry specific.
The Exam details are:
1. Weekly contest(mostly friday)
2. Assignments
3. Viva/Interviews
4. Mid - semester exam
5. End- semester Exam
The sports activity area is good and the sports coach are also good.
Dislikes
The tea provided in mess during snacks is not good.
Somedays the mess food provided is not good.
Somedays the mess food is not good and fine.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum Relevance and comprehensiveness: Well-structured, Industry-aligned and engaging.
Areas of Improvement: More Practical Exposure is needed.
Exam Difficulty: Moderate, requires consistency but is managable with efforts.
Course curriculum is very greatly designed and only essential things are taught in the curriculum like in first sem we have python , software and web, mathematics with foundation subject like understanding india and great global challenges
Faculty is very good they have skills and knowledge, most of the faculty are very supportive helping us in hackathons and other events along with the academics , they even stayed till midnight if we have doubts sometimes and are very approachable
Facilities they provide are top notch from MacBook to hostel room and classrooms and mess is also very good
Dislikes
Location : it take 1hr to reach Delhi and also there is less cheap options available to go to delhi and sonipat is not somewhere someone ideally want to go to
75% attendance policy , it is a very big problem as they no. Of classes are less in a sem so even if someone was not able to attend the class due to any emergency the attendance criteria become a burden
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is solely based on real world problems and interview oriented modules
Overall the curriculum is great but I think maths faculty might need some improvement
There are 3 type of exams :- semester exams (2), contest (4-5) and mock interviews (2) in a sem
Snw is relatively easy but maths feel hard to many and psp is somewhere in middle which is not that hard but not that easy
Very helpfull professor's, they will solve your even at night
Mess and hostel is very well maintained.
Dislikes
All though teacher are helpful there are tons of extra if lack in academic
Mess lacks variety when it comes to the menu
Placement Experience:
There is no data for placements since the first is still only in second year however, the compulsory internship required to complete the degree is going on for our seniors and its impressive one got selected in gsoc some are getting internship with stipend of 60k. overall it looks promising for the future of this College.
One of the best thing about this college is its infrastructure . The classrooms , mess and everything here are very impressive . Each classrooms's bench have switch board so that you can charge your devices in classroom too.
One of the thing that learners will love is they provide macbook to each and every learner and it will be yours after the course completion.
The faculties here are very good and friendly . They give the same vibe as your school teacher give . They make sure that each and every learner is mentally present in the class.
Dislikes
there is only 1 gym for all and that too is very small .
only one arena for everyone which includes 3 table tennis table , 2 foosball table, 4 badminton courts , 1 billiards pool table which is very less for the 1000+ peoples .
girls to boys ratio is 3:7 which is very bad .
Course Curriculum Overview:
Cousre curriculum is build like you will start learning python , web development from the first semester which will help in getting internship in the first year. They will help you build your skills like no other colleges does. The curriculum in NST is industry-ready and focuses on creating products rather than just using tools . The curriculum is cutting-edge and they offer hands on learning and mentorship fro industry proffessionals.
Infrastructure is really good ,you have all the world class facilities like Robotics Labs, Human augumentation Lab ,AGL-Ashok goel library
Faculties are the best part-All are industry experts,
University/College System is flexible enough to cater your needs-(academically)
Dislikes

75% Strict Attendance policy, Something which i dont like
Campus is Little bit small ,although i has all the facilities.
Placement Experience:
Newton School has a alot of industry connections, there average CTC of online batches is around 11-12 lakh.
but we are part of a founding batch, not placments till now, as we are in second year of our college.
industry focussed curriculum and only relevant things that are required in the industry are taught be it soft skills or tech stack
more practical learning to solve real world problems rather than just classroom learning approach
i also like the crowd of my batch its really very supportive, there is so much to learn from each one of them
Dislikes
sometimes acads become so binding that it prevents us to participate in any other extracurricular or sport activities
Placement Experience:
the placement and internship support here is really great i know many of my friends who bagged internship in their first year itself i myself got an opportunity in my first year to work with a company the faculty and placement team provides full support to students other than this we have a paid internships of six months in the 4th semester for every student and students are being prepared for the same since the very beginning of the course
the faculty is very different from any colleges it is very supportive .
also they provide a mentor which you connect in every weekend
the coding culture is very great as compared to any other private college
Dislikes
