ICAS is an transfer programme college in which you get to complete your engineering degree in 4 years where two years would be done in manipal (INDIA) and the next two years could be done abroad in any university of ur choice. ICAS has tie up with many of the top tier universities in the US, Australia, and most parts of Europe. So the financial part of going abroad is actually reduced by a large sum. Icas also provides scholarship for those students who have a decent gpa of above 2.6 by the end of their 2 years in Manipal.
