The teachers are well experienced here. The teaching quality is awesome by some teachers. We have sufficient teachers for every student. The boy and girl ratio in our college is 20:40

There is no permanent teacher in our college. The faculty changes frequently due to bad payment policy by our college management.
Faculty:
There is sufficient teachers for every student but they are not permanent they change frequently with time. The relationship between teachers and students is good there is good understanding between them. There is two class test and a yearly exam takes place every year. The marks of the class test is 40 per subject and 100 for annual exam.I like the biotechnology faculty because there teaching method is easy and understandable and they are so friendly with the students.I don't like chemistry faculty because there is no any experienced teacher in chemistry, all the experienced teacher left the college for bad payment policy by the management. The teachers of chemistry keeps changing frequently after some months.
I like the interaction with teachers some teacher are very experienced but some teacher are new and change every year
Faculty:
The ratio of faculty and students are good their are like 1 teacher for 40 student and I like the science faculty because they are experienced and always help you. the exams are conducted in yearly but from this year they change and conduct in semester wise
Every Faculty member in the building were misbehaved.
Faculty:
Absolutely horrible exam system. Minimal similarity between the syllabus completed or even mentioned and the questions asked. Study materials were very limited. Exam hours started from 7am in the morning, whic means students had to arrive before 6:30. Since i couldn't afford the ridiculous price of 1lakh / semester price of hostel , i had to live 2.7km away. Morning hours also didn't had auto rikshaws. I had to walk 1 hours to college, waking up at near 4.Am. Horrible experience.
Some faculty members are overloaded with responsibilities, making one-on-one mentorship challenging at times.
Faculty:
The faculty to student ratio 1:30 . The relationship between student and faculty is well and good they are very friendly in nature and approachable too . They always say to ask doubts if any of the student have. The faculty I like the most is firdaush jahan mam , she is my computer fundamentals teacher she is our class teacher too . She is very understandable, in our class there are many students who don't understand lecture which creates problem to the student while answering , then she help them to understand the lecture by giving different examples relevant to the student. By the way every teacher is very understandable and the way of teaching is very good of every faculty.
There are 4 exams first class test 1 then class test 2 then pre semester then at last semester . We have 2 semesters for every year which means total 6 semesters for three years.
Class tests are moderate, semester exams are also quite good not that much difficult . Many students got failed because they don't took seriously to class tests and pre semesters. Course curriculum is relevant to the question papers.
CT's are offen taken before the Semester. The exam was moderate hard. Failing student are very less because everyone come with preparation , faculty to student relations was great they support student in and out with best advice. My personal favourite is Saurav Guha sir he was so calm and cool he teaches with the best and efficient techniques and very down to earth person
According to me, they have a master's degree with a qualifying NET ugc exam then only they are able to apply for college. The ratio of students to teachers is 1:2.
It really creates an impact on our study and mental empowerment as well.
Faculties are very supportive and talented, They help their students and provide all type of opportunities to grow up students, Faculties are highly qualified and also have indoor and outdoor knowledge about sports
