Review of Government Engineering College Buxar

Likes

The fees per semester is very less . There are different kinds of Events organised. You have regular classes.
The college is completely free of ragging. They are very strict regarding this. The seniors are very supportive.

Dislikes

The mess food quality is average. It's a bit in the outskirts. So delivery is not available after 8pm.
There is a small market place nearby but you don't have much restraunts nearby

The Training and Placement cell is trying their best but there's not much scope of placement from this college as it has been recently shifted to a new location and it will take time however get an average placement of upto 3 to 4 LPA. My plans after getting the degree is to appear for government exams and Gate Exam.

our college memory

Likes

for placement effort is well and good from TPO.
No any discriminate to student from faculty .
infrastructure are having well furnished.

Dislikes

ground are not available for playing cricket.
No any canteen available in our college.
area is not good to our college which is located.

Placement Experience:

In our college having many companies are visited and our TPO ( Training and Placement Officer) is very well experienced they know how the deals with companies for visiting our college. from semester 7 and 8th are eligible for campus placement. i also got selected in rinex from campus selection.

Likes

Supportive faculties,stuffs, seniors which is a very valuable thing for a fresher
Facilities like smart labs , smart classes, smart seminar rooms are available
Super cool computer labs and availablity of number of computers

Dislikes

Over all campus is quite good but there is. Lack of its own campus
Locality isn't so well as it Village area

Placement Experience:

As our college is new (est. 2019) There were no placements till now but some of our seniors got placement offers from IT companies also Bihar government already announced that there will be 100% placement till 2025 so dont worry much and focus on your studies.
