Placement Experience:
The placements begin from 3rd semester onwards and several companies visited the campus though the placement is not 100%. The highest package for the 2023 batch was 22 lakh rupees for the MBA core program and the average was around 11 lakh rupees. Most of the placements occurred in MBA Marketing for sales managers, product managers, etc.

It's all depends on your courses if you go with BTech you'll get many opportunities with good amount and in case of Mtech this will reduced and scenario Play big role like in 2020 covid came and graph of placements go very down.

ISM Dhanbad witnessed 60% placements of its students from 2019-21 MBA batch. The highest International salary package offered was INR 46.2 LPA, the highest domestic salary package offered was 10 LPA and the overall average CTC was 10.2 LPA.

The summer and final placements are very good in the ISM. The highest international CTC of INR 46.2 LPA and INR 10 LPA was the highest domestic CTC in the final placements of 2021. The average CTC was INR 10.02 LPA. E&Y, RBI, IDBI, Federal Bank, Atlas Copco, Coca-Cola, Patanjali, Wellness 21, etc. were the prominent recruiters.

after 1st year students get internship opportunity in NGRI, IIRS, GSI, IGI, PRL etc. most of them are 2 month internship, no stipend is their but inspired fellow students will get some fellowship. After 2nd year students get an opportunity to be selected for internship in Cairn, Schluberger, Baker huges with some stipend.

At our campus, out of 1000 students per batch, around 800 students are placed during this academic year(2020-2021). The minimum salary is 6lpa . The highest being around 45 lpa . This includes some big giants such as Microsoft, Tata, Amazon, IOCL, Cairn oil and gas, etc
