Our institute receives high value salaries every year and among them the M.Tech programme plays an important part. For my batch the highest offered package was INR 40 LPA with companies like Wipro, IBM, Tata Group, Axis Bank and Federal bank being highly famous recruiters of the placement drive. IIT ISM and it's legacy

Placement Experience:

It's a IIT, the campus placements are awesome. I am myself placed in one of the top notch companies. The college follows one student one offer policy. The CTC of companies can range from 8-60 lpa average being around 12-15 lpa that's decent, in CSE it can be more as 16-18 lpa .

Career option for physics graduates in ISM Dhanbad the pioneer institute.

Placement Experience:

pre final year students will get an opportunity to be selected for internship in well organized organization like Cairn, Schlumberger ,Baker hughes, Exxonmobil etc. other pre final year students will get an opportunity to do their summer internship in ongc. ONGC recruit from ISM from Geophysics, Geology and Petroleum department for the post of Graduate Trainee(GT) in E1 level and offer an ctc of 21 lac. All the above mansion company either gives PPO or recruits from ism through campus placement. Those who did not get job can go for GATE exm and join PSU job or can join PHD in reputed organizations like NGRI, PRL, IISC,Old IITs and people can go outside of india for their PHD.

After the sixth semester students are eligible for campus placement. Big companies like Google, Flipkart, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs,etc. Almost 90% of the students get placed. Highest salary package offered was Rs 45,00,000LPA whereas the average package offered is around Rs 9,00,000LPA. I plan to get a job as well like my seniors through campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students after their third semester are eligible for campus placement. Tata Steel, CIL, IBM, IDBI Bank etc are some of the renowned companies taht come for the campus placement offering roles of HR, Finance, Management etc to the students. Rs6,00,000 LPA is the average salary provided to the students, on the other hand the heighest is Rs9,00,000 LPA. About 90% of the students get placement. I also want to get a job through campus placement.
