Life at Maharani College.

Hostel Facilities:

The college provides general hostel facility to the students within the campus. The selection of the students is based on roaster system coupled with distance, category and merit. Presently there are 280 wards who have been accomodated and ably supervised by the proctor and the hostel committee. To ensure safety and security of the inmates, the security guard is appointed to guard round the clock. Facilities: Maximum of 4 people can accomodate in a room with separate bed and cupboard for each, 24/7 water facility, CCTV camera's, tea/coffee/milk daily morning and evening, healthy meals. Also a new hostel is being built with an sanction of 45 crore with extraordinary features.

in our college we really have a good infrastucture of our hostle it may be around more than 100 rooms for both pu, degree as well as masters students, seperate bathroom , cots and toilets for each and every room

No, I did not opt for hostel. because staying outside is better than staying at the hostel.there was a case of some perverts entering college hostel.food is only rice and dal.no proper facilities.too much crowded.

Best college for all round growth

Campus Life:

In our college, they conduct several fest and programs mostly on awareness and apart from this we have very enthusiastic college day which will be held on 2 days and in this vocation they announce Miss maharani which is the most awaited moment of maharani students, and another one is Nudi Habba which tells us the importance of our mother tongue and our culture. Apart from the fest, we have stall events, intercollegiate competition, sports and all this held by one responsible committee. And we have good library facilities with a huge number of books and they provide UGC NET, SLET, KAS, KPSC, Bank exams reference books other than we have a large number of magazine collections and we also have our own newspaper which is by the students and for the students.
