The teaching of certain teachers is very old school, they come in the class read PPT and leave, you need to teach practical knowledge to these students they're supposed to be learning in trend stuff.

Faculty:

The faculty is enough, we have 4 divisions, each 2 classe have same teachers, for each 2 division 6 7 teachers are there for each subject. Some of the faculty is really well mannered and kind they know how to talk and confront students. They take mid term exams then there'll be a Prelims before University exams.

Teachers are not supportive or helpful for students .

there are 10-12 teachers are avalable for 270 students ,some of them cant have any knowledge of the subject which they teach .they think there job is only come and read the book.but some of them faculties are very helpful they actully think about students future.

Each subject assigned to different faculty and one faculty is assigned to you as your mentor he will personally look into your progress. Mr. Suhas Ambekar is my mentor and he guided me till my placement. Also he will take care of you in future for career guidance.

Think before opting for MBA

Teaching faculty like some are doctrate and well qualified

Quality of teaching, as some teachers lack communication skills
Students query was not solved or the faculty was not able to solve 100 percent query of students

Some faculty members were well qualified and are doctrate and teaches students very well. But some faculty teachers are there like they do not even posses basic knowledge of the subject and they themselves lack in communication skills.

Well educated staff over there.Good learning experience are in at SIOM MCA. Student receive more individualized Instructions and support. My Experience

What SIOM allows the scholar to be is a full and well-rounded scholar. SIOM values ideas and the production of ideas. It values taking those ideas to young people who will be the future leaders of the world. It values taking those ideas and attempting to move the needle on practice. It provides a system and a support system that allows scholars to express themselves in a complete and energizing way.In some programs, we have witnessed teaching and research at odds. Each vies for faculty time, with students footing the bill — but research leading to tenure. At SIOM, each side informs the other, ultimately making faculty better at both.
