IISER Pune offers a BS-MS program in five different streams i.e.Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Social Sciences & Humanities. BS-MS at IISER Pune is a five-year integrated course. The first two years of the program are dedicated to core courses in basic sciences, the third and fourth years are dedicated to specialization in chosen science subjects and the fifth year includes a research project. The total intake in BS-MS is 1125. Out of this 50% of the total seats will be given to candidates belonging to KVPY and JEE Advanced streams.
