- NICMAR Admission 2025 is open. Aspirants can apply through the institute’s admission portal (apply.nicmar.ac.in) till Dec 20, 2024. PG-NCAT (Written Test) and Personal Interview for PG courses will be held from Jan 18 to Jan 31, 2025, and admission results will be declared on Feb 7, 2025.
NICMAR Hyderabad was established in 1982 and the institute is recognized by Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO). The NICMAR reviews at collegedunia, indicates that the institute has a good infrastructure along with a good hostel facility. The institute accepts the application for admission to the full time 2 years and 1 year PGP course and the students with a graduation degree in Engineering/Architecture/Planning can apply for admission. NICMAR Hyderabad Full Time PGP Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks should be secured in the qualifying examination.

NICMAR Hyderabad PGP and Executive Programme Selection Criteria:
Selection to the course will be based on the marks secured in NCAT/CAT/GATE/GMAT/CMAT along with performance in the Interview and Rating of Application.
- Eligible candidates will be called for NCAT conducted by the Institute.
- CAT/GATE/GMAT/CMAT qualified candidates will be exempted from the entrance examination.

NCAT Pattern:
NICMAR conducts an entrance examination for admission. NCAT is a written examination with Objective Type Questions. The topics will be divided into 3 broad topics and the maximum scores will be 150.

Eligibility criteria were B.E or B.Tech or Architect or any graduate programme. All the forms are available on the site of the college. The entrance exam was held followed by Personal Interviews. The scholarship was provided to the students who scored well on the entrance test. Cut off was not revealed.

Admissions here was based on NCAT entrance along with academic performance, work experience and performance in the interview to make it to the final merit list. For the application fee, I paid Rs.2100 and submitted my application form through the official website of the university. I got to know about NICMAR through my college teacher, she suggested that it's a great institute. Also, I got to know that it ranks as one of the top 20 schools for it's PGP course, that I was taking admission in.
Admission:
Nominal Fee Structure, Awesome Placements and internships, well established Infrastructure, Huge Green Campus, Well educated Faculty, Awesome hostel life made me choose this college and I am sure it would be be beneficial for the upcoming batches in the near future.

First and foremost, there was an Admission Test. To put it another way, it's CAT level 2. This is an easy question to answer if you are familiar with CAT. You'll need to know a lot about current events and general knowledge for the debate that follows. During the interview, self-assurance is critical.

Yes, I did face a Personal Interview Round after NCAT. Personal Interview round constitutes of 50 marks that are considered while shortlisting for admissions. If score is good then only they call you for Interview.

So, the reasons for which I took admission into this colleges are firstly it's recognition i.e. this college is recognised as Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation by DISR, Ministry of Science and Technology that comes under Govt. Of India.Also, our NICMAR offers training in specialized areas like real estate management, construction management, Infrastructure management and allied areas. Also, it has been granted by UNDP. Further, the placement rate to-date is 99.6% of the course I opted for. And the college fee is not so high as compared to other management colleges with so many facilities. So, these were the reasons but now I am going to mention the whole process of admission. So, first of all, I checked the eligibility criteria then I proceeded to fill the form and provided all the details asked there. Based on my score acquired in MAT exam, I got shortlisted and I was called for GD and PI rounds. I turned up for the selected procedure round and my performance was good. Later on, they saw my performance, previous academic record, score in management exam and then I got admission offer letter.
Remarks:
While studying B.Tech in Civil Engineering I came to know about NICMAR. I wanted to learn construction management and I found that NICMAR is one of the best universities India providing the facility of two year PGP in construction management. So I chose this university and applied for this course through online application. I got the admission based on the marks of my GMAT score along with the score of interview and Rating of application form.

NICMAR is firstly a non profit organisation who specializes in advanced learning and courses like PGP, ACM, IFDM and PEP It is also recognized as ?ÛÏScientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO)?Û by Dept. of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India and also ranks as one of the top 20 schools for PGP coyurses and advanced learning. In order to study here, admissions are based on the NCAT entrance along with good academic performance and work experience if in order to make it to the final merit list. The method of applying is available online as well as offline, but the mode of payment has to be made online only. I was charged with Rs 2100.
Remarks:
NICMAR provides with an excellent combination of good college life of fun and also the exposure and knowledge needed for modern construction standards. It also has excellent placements for students with good placement of 92%

Among top institute in construction management in India. Good reputation in construction industry. Good placement record so far. All professor are industry experienced. The course Advance Construction Management is best course offered by institute.
