Admission to medical colleges in India requires passing entrance exams like NEET, AIIMS, or JIPMER. The admission process involves counselling for various medical courses, primarily based on NEET scores and rankings. The college has a good faculty, though more professors are needed for additional student support. Lecturers are dedicated, resulting in high class attendance. The annual college fee is approximately 3 lakhs, with an additional hostel fee of 75,000 per year and a separate exam fee of 20,000.

The college provides a comprehensive internship program: a 6-month stint at the college's own ACN Hospital, which has 60 beds, followed by a 6-month internship at a government hospital. Although the college does not offer guaranteed job placements post-internship, students are expected to find employment on their own. There are no stipends during internships. Financial support includes state scholarships ranging from 30,000 to 50,000, and students can access bank loans, though there is no direct financial aid from the college itself.
