Eligibility Criteria for PhD Admission

Candidates must have a postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks (60% for Agriculture). Reserved category candidates are eligible with 50% marks as per norms. Applicants with NET, GATE, CSIR, ICAR, ICMR, DBT, or equivalent fellowships may get exemption from the entrance test. Final-year postgraduate students can also apply, subject to fulfilling eligibility before admission.
