IIIT Dharwad Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Capgemini and Goldman Sachs have visited our batch thus far, with more to come. The placement cell is highly busy, and the employees are always bringing us startups and hackathon events. Because the institution is new, there are fewer corporations than at other universities, but the number of businesses coming each year is growing.

The course curriculum is ok. Faculty members are also humble and loyal. I want to choose CSE because I want to become a software engineer. Faculty students ratio is good. All teachers are maxed from named nits and IIT's. Their teachings method is good. Term exams will be in regular 3 months. It's too hard to pass.

With the time there was a improvement in the placement and which was very good for us. There was a lot of amazing companies and the quality of packages and the recruiters was high. The institute moves to its own site. Top recruiter firms were with a average providing package of 8 to 10 LPA. The list of companies had a lot of frequent recruiters such as TCS, TATA etc.

The college offers a very good placement. The main reason for me to take admitted to the college was its placement records. As our college has a very good record of 90% placement. The college placement drive is well organised and very well designed. The highest salary offer of our college was around 22 LPA and the average salary offer was around 10 LPA.

The college has shown its potential in terms of placement. The college management and the placement cell of the college are very cooperative and they both work together in terms to improve the quality of the college placement. The college also maintains a record of 100% placement and the highest placement offer of the college was around 25 LPA and the average salary offers stands around 10 LPA. The support of the college placement committee during the placement round is very good.

Unlike the internship program, our details are registered with the college placement committee and they help us a lot during the college placement rounds. As they are completely responsible for conducting the placement process they guide us and train us so that we are placed as per our interest and domain. The highest package for our batch was approx 25 LPA and the average package was around 8.3 LPA. The college was able to achieve a 100% placement record.

We were part of the second batch of the institute and I can say that the college provides you with a good opportunity in terms of placement. The placement committee of the college takes suggestions from students as probably maybe it's a new institute that why they are focusing more on placement. The placement cell members are professional and they are aware of the importance of placement and they properly guide and help students throughout the placement drive. Companies like Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, Samsung, TCS, Adobe, Intel, Microsoft, Samsung, Goldman Sachs, Activity, TATA, White Panda, Sigmoid, Mercedes, etc are the companies that visit the campus during our placement drive. you can see the number of companies that have visited our campus. The highest placement package went up to 21 LPA and the average package was around 7.50 LPA. I also received a package of 9 LPA from Samsung.

From the 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. You can checkout in campus website about placements but there are some exciting companies like delete Microsoft etc.. average package is around 8 for cse and the highest is about 35 lac. placement percentage is about 94 percent (cse+ece). I am even planning to write my UPSC after this

From 8 semester ony anybody is eligible for placements.As of now not big companies have visited to our college but it may change as we have our own campus. On website highest package was 11 lakh, and the average was almost 6 lakhs. Almost 80 % students gets placed.

It belongs to Institute of National Importance and it is a college in which teaching is good and environment for it.i got admission in this college by the evidence exam of jee mains in which i got 121 out of 360 and secured 39k rank AIR. Before i got to this college i searched many good websites for the info. Happy with my college as it has got brand new Campus starting this year
