- Hostel accomodations and too much but now they are building a new hostel so its good to see in future

there is a bunker bed currently there is a 4 people accomodation i think in future this will change and reduce the number

Hostel Facilities:
Facilities in hostel were good.for a room only three members which is very helpful for calm mind to study,wifi is available in our campus.coming to the food it's good,5 days a week egg will be provided, snacks were unlimited you can eat how much you want.

in room you are provided by 2 bunker beds for 4 people, 4 almirah , 4 table chairs and strong wifi connection
mess quality is okay okay sometimes good but all the time bad
menu includes rice chappati dal vegetables curd and one sweet item
for breakfast and snacks a fruit will be served daily
registration done during admission or semester renewal
fess(including mess and hostel) reasonable (45k per sem)but it keeps on increasing
pg is not requires because hostel is necessary to take

- There is no restriction for hostel entry one can roam whole night in campus without any issue.
Dislikes
- Low or no network in hostel making it difficult to even make a call sometimes.
- The mess food of the hostel is so bad. Sometimes it feels like to skip

Per room has 4 students, almirah for each student, fans and power outlet for basic needs. The mess food is not good at all, only breakfast and evening snacks are somewhat tasty. According to the price of mess the food is not good. The hostel is located inside the campus.

MESS FOOD IS GOOD NOW . MORNINGN 2 EGGS ,MILK ,BANANA, BREAD AND RESPECTED FOOD AND THEREIS NO CHICKEN CHICKEN IS PAID FIRST YEAR STUDENTS ARE LIVING IN SHANTINIKETHAN LAYOUT NEAR BHAIRADEVARAKOPPA AND MENU IS GOOD AND CATE TAKER ( SHIV ) IS WORST

- Need of the other buildings in the campus specially 1 Boys hostel and 1 Library.
- The quality of food (specially Roti) served in the mess and also the quantity is kept low.
Hostel Facilities:
Hostel provided to the students are very newly build and have very good furniture and good quality table and chair including the personal almirahs.
Students have to broom their room on their own and common areas are cleaned by the staff.
Very large washrooms are provided with good quality drinking water and bath water.
A big led and table tennis is also available in the common room in the hostel.
There are no mosquitos and flies in the entire hostel.
The meal is provided 4 times in a day .
The overall quality of the mess food is decent but the quality of the Chappati(Roti) is very bad. Also no sweet is provided except on special lunch day.

- College hostels are neat clean and maintained regularly. And sports facilities are also too good every spodt is played

We share a room with three guys room is quite big and there are two fans with 4 lights 4 tables almirahs and all . Mess quality is okay and menu is also decent. Hostel and mess are quite affordable. Nobody lives in a PG Or outside the campus for that matter

- Bathrooms are not cleaned, dirty washrooms
- Mess food is so hectic to eat and no proper hygiene

4 chairs ,4 wardrobes , 4 students in the room , 2 double deckers , etc

- Hostel is comparatively good then other colleges.
Dislikes
- Differentiation between girls and boys in case of hostel intime as both should be treated equally.
Hostel Facilities:
Hostel facilities are decent are it's registration takes place during the time of academics registration only. Mess food is not that good but eatable. There is one girls and one boys hostel and in 1 room is shared by 3 girls and 1 room is shared by 4 boys respectively. Mostly it's mandatory to stay in hostel unlike extreme cases to deal of.

- On somedays mess food tastes very bad, need to remove some unimportant subjects.
- Chicken is not present in the mess menu which is very sad.
Hostel Facilities:
Rooms are good with new infrastructure and can accomodate 4 persons per room. Each room contains 4 lights, 2 fans and 4 study chairs. Mess menu contains a mixture of food from all parts of india. Daily roti is served and a curry is served. Rice with Dal and sambar will also be available daily. The hostels are good as the campus is a new evident one. The taste of the good is far better than ok .

How are the hostel and food facilities in IIIT Dharwad?

One of my cousins has recently completed her 1st year in the institute and can present her views better regarding your concern.
The facilities of the hostel are better as opposed to most other IIITs. Some of the amenities that can be availed here are as follows.
- One of many facilities includes having separate bathrooms for 2 students sharing a room, unlike most of the other institutes where students face problems regarding sharing one bathroom for various personal uses.
- The hostels are equipped with CCTV cameras as well.
- There is also a provision of Wi-Fi that generally has a high speed.
- The hostels have sufficient space for playing indoor games.
Subsequently, when talking about the food facilities, IIIT Dharwad follows the menu of IIT Bombay. The food quality you can avail is on an average quite decent. For more information on the facilities, you can refer to their website.
