Government Arts College (Autonomous) Coimbatore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From semester 5 the students will be eligible for the placements .there is no particular placement classes for the students.Students have to separately prepare for it by their own.By naan mudhalvan scheme many companies have visited our college but most of them are the start up companies and average package will be 2 LPA And 3LPA will be the highest package.Many students got placed from many departments like40%.

*In our college where to old for education since in 1852 I it was well experienced college to students the college made a many officers and I resources people who are in high position *College I choose the information technology course which I am related to study the computer science and I like this computer science related *The college has made a many professors IAS officer higher businessman they have been come to the college and back the memory they have alumini meet na college every year

Chemistry is advanced course.every six months gap they conducted exam duration 3 hours.the curriculum helps me to get lots of real world applications. teaching methods are really interested in the course

Placements are done at Average level.But the Naan Mudhalvan outcome for Placement are very good. Nearly 250+ placed at good postion.Also Each department opts for employment for students at basic pay and as freshers

I love maths, because I am interested in mathematics so, I chose that course. That course students ratio two hundred students joined .12 th any science group eligible for that course. Teaching methods are also good. Exam preparation I truly good so at the time exams are moderated level.

This college has an academic calendar that will use to capture all the academic and cultural activities, In this college, all the faculty members are well qualified (M.sc & PhD)only a few(1-2) members are guest faculty even if they are qualified. They will teach via ppt method B.sc-By thanking this course easily get a job Every 4-5 months term exams were conducted, and maximum members got marks due to qualified teacher

From the fifth semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Students can manage their time for placements and for semester exams also. Mostly MNC companies like INFOSYS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, and DELOITTE have visited our college and choose a number of students and they give opportunities for higher studies also. I got a placement in Wipro and the highest package is 6LPA. 70% of students were selected for campus placements. I proceed with my job after getting my degree.

In the sixth semester, the placements are coming to our college TCS, Zoho, Tricon, etc and the package are above 5 lakhs per annum based on the eligibility The highest package is 32 lakhs per annum and the average package is 4 lakhs per annum 100% of placement in all departments My plan is to invent new things it is useful to our people

I chose B. Sc statistics because of its high value in the future. Facility members are highly educated and experienced Ph.D. scholars. There are many professors in each department. Teaching methods are very nice with labs, field trips, etc. Exams are conducted once in 2 months which are generally easy to pass.

Eligible students for campus 3rd-year students.Sanmar Group comapny, Infosys,nexus and icici academy. 30 company's visited & all campanys give a many offers. Normal percentage of placement oppertunity is 75%.My plan was ofter getting degree join indian army officer.
